2. How We Use Your Data & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our business. These providers act as data processors:

Infrastructure & Hosting

  • Supabase: Used for secure database hosting and authentication. Your data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: Used for hosting, analytics, and application logic.

Payments (Merchant of Record)

  • Lemon Squeezy: We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, your payment information is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe). We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

3. Google User Data Policy

Email 360 Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Google Account (Google Sheets) to our Service:

  • We only access the data absolutely necessary to perform the action you requested (e.g., reading a contact list from a spreadsheet).
  • We do not use this data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not allow humans to read this data unless you have explicitly agreed to it for specific support purposes.

4. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Our servers and third-party service providers (like Google and Supabase) may be located outside of Bangladesh. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
