1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Email 360 Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at billing@email360.pro with your account email address and transaction ID.
2. Exceptions (No Refunds)
We reserve the right to deny a refund request in the following specific cases to prevent abuse of our platform:
- Violation of Terms: If your account was suspended due to spamming, phishing, or violating our Anti-Spam Policy.
- High Volume Usage: If you have used a significant portion of your monthly email credits (e.g., sending over 1,000 emails) before requesting a refund.
- Renewals: We generally do not refund automatic renewals if you failed to cancel before the billing date, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 24 hours of the charge.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Once we approve your refund, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
